How we work

Free on-site visit and measurements first, then an approximate price. Once that works for you, we finalize the plan — and for larger projects, a 3D design. The owner runs the build and is on site for the critical work.

Composite or wood?

Composite costs more up front and needs almost no maintenance; wood costs less and needs sealing. We build both and will tell you what makes sense for your yard and budget.

Do you charge for the first visit?

No. Nick comes out, measures, looks at the existing structure and talks through what you want, at no charge. You get an approximate price for the project from that visit.

Do you handle structural engineering?

Framing, spans, footings and waterproofing are built to code and to manufacturer specifications. When a project requires a structural engineer’s design or a stamped drawing, we bring a licensed engineer in.
