Nick
With over 17 years of hands-on construction experience and a university degree in engineering, Nick is the creative problem-solver and precision builder behind many of Wingspan’s standout projects. Born into a family of builders, he grew up immersed in the construction world — and it shows in everything he does. From a young age, he was drawn to the process of building beautiful, lasting structures, and he’s spent his career mastering the craft.
Nick’s expertise spans all areas of construction, but he has a special love for designing and creating plumbing infrastructures — an often overlooked art that he approaches with the same care and ingenuity as every other part of the build. Whether it’s laying the groundwork or finishing the final trim, there’s truly nothing Nick can’t design or build with skill and creativity.
As our CEO, he leads with calm confidence, sharp attention to detail, and an incredibly kind heart. Clients and teammates alike trust Nick not just for his technical knowledge, but for the respect, warmth, and patience he brings to every interaction.
When he’s not on a job site, Nick is usually soaking up the outdoors —paddleboarding, exploring nature trails with his wife and daughter, or sketching ideas for the custom home he dreams of building for his family one day, exactly the way he imagines it.
Sasha
With over 20 years of experience in leadership and project management, Sasha brings a people-first mindset and a passion for quality craftsmanship to every project. While her professional background spans multiple industries, her heart has always been in construction, interior design, and architecture. Co-founding Wingspan gave her the perfect opportunity to merge that passion with her strengths in communication, coordination, and building lasting client relationships.
Sasha is endlessly curious and loves exploring new trends, tools, and technologies that help her team build smarter and more beautifully. A self-described nerd and proud Harry Potter fan (Slytherin, of course), she’s also an avid reader and lifelong learner. When she’s not managing projects or collaborating with clients, she’s often busy with a DIY remodel at home, spending time with her family, or adventuring with her beloved dog.
Known for her warmth, energy, and ability to lead with heart and purpose, Sasha thrives whether she’s running a job site, mentoring her team, or turning a house into a dream home.
She’s worn many hats in life, but the ones she treasures most are Mom, Wife, Friend, and Trusted Colleague. While some may call her brilliant, Sasha prefers to say she simply loves to shine — and share the sparkles.
